How to submit rebranded app?

Do I have to get my own Apple Dev Lic ($99/yr) and submit my branded app to the Apple store?

Or as part of the Boonex Prime and the right to one app branding, will Boonex submit it for me (using Boonex's Apple Dev Lic)?

You need to get your own Apple Subscription to publish in Apple Store.

BoonEx can not be responsible for other apps - because application can be modified a lot, also it will not be rebranded if it is submitted under BoonEx account.
