Install template

Hi

I'm trying to install a dolphin 7 template but once i copy the files in the template directory with ftp access, then the theme is displayed all with no css styles and everything is displayed wrong.

What is the way to install a template?

normally you would just save template in /template/ folder and select it from admin menu > settings> template and then be sure to clear cache

I cleared cache but with no results.

You're doing it the correct way, it sounds like the template you're using might not be compatible with the version of Dolphin.

You stated a dolphin 7 template. And you have posted in the dolphin 7.1 forum.

So i have to ask. If you are running dolphin 7.1. Is the template you are trying to install specifically designed for dolphin 7.1?

I ask because stating dolphin 7 is not accurate enough. No previous versions of dolphin 7 templates will work on dolphin 7.1. The template must be specifically designed for it.
