Need a php programmer

For an outside job. I have an application that was created for me in asp a while back. It is a parking lot ticket management system. I have been wanting to add new features but have decided to just rewrite the entire thing in php. It is an application with a web portal and will require a database as well as the transfer of current data from a mssql database to mysql once completed.

If anyone is interested, i can grant permission to the existing app so you can see exactly what I'm looking for. I have a budget of up to $2000 to complete the project......

We petitioned for a job system, only for it to be ignored once delivered.

 You may be correct but this is not a dolphin based job and half the time that section of boonex says  try again later with the rest of the site around here...

I imagine that it's suppose to be used with his Dolphin web site, so in a way, it is (perhaps a module?).

Well, actually, no. It won't be part of my Dolphin site(s) at this point but I may try and incorporate it later?. (shhhhhh) I have posted stuff in the job section before and never got even 1 response so I don't even waste my time anymore. I do apologize.

This is a very simple, easy to use database page that I will be making available on a regular business website I am building. I suppose you could call it a "Parking Management Module" ??

I got an idea. We can include my need for a 'standard' link on my member admin page as part of the bid. That should make it legal....
