Negative reviews for nothing

Hi All,

I've noticed some customers leaving bad reviews on our sale pages, and AFTER that they ask to step in to help with the module or service they wasn't able to install themselves, simply because of not reading installation manual or not knowing how to access their server to copy the module. It harms my profile score forever and such reviews cannot be removed. I cannot refuse providing support for such customers for obvious reasons, but it's really confusing.

Where's the logic?

Good job you're not on Trip Advisor.

If you ask the customer to contact us that he agrees to remove the review we can remove this review.

I don't believe they'll have time for doing that. After getting support they don't give a heck about reviews they've left and other sh%t. Tried that already.

Delete function should be available for the first month or so, and not for a few minutes. This is the solution.

I do not agree, negative ratings is the only form of defense we have against bad sellers.

How about one can only leave a negative review if mediation fails.  The first thing is to contact the seller.  Then the second step if that fails is to put in a dispute.  Boonex mediates between the buyer and the seller to see if anything was done wrong, the module was not as advertise etc.  If the seller was cleared, then no negative feedback, if the seller was not cleared and failed to make any sort of remedies (and Boonex can take steps as well depending), then the buyer can leave a negative feedback.

this is a great idea, exactly how it works on other sites. But I don't think Boonex would make such complicated system.

Buyers are free to leave bad reviews even when they don't know how to install simple module or not reading readme file.
