New Page add Blocks & php Block needed

Hi there, 

i tried to search for a solution, but did not find it.

When i create a new page in dolphin 7.4.2 there are only 3 blocks available: RSS, HTML and Text

Where are the Rest of them?

And then i need to insert some php Code in the page - just one line to calculate the md5 hash for a link

How can i insert php Code into a page Block?  - i tried the HTML source code  insertation - but i won´t work. 

Have you any idea?
