Page Builder Not working after upgrade to 7.0.9

I upgraded a site to 7.0.9 and now I cannot add or edit blocks within Page Builder. I can drag a new HTML block into a page, edit the HTML, and Language key, and it appears to save.  When I go to the page only the HTML block shows without any code. I go back to the Page Builder, edit the block and everything is empty.

Any suggestions?

Hello

Try to opem FireBug during making the changes. Looks like some JS or PHP error accured and you should see it in debug mode. It should help you to solve the issue.

$(".popup_form_wrapper").draggable is not a function

This comes up when running console on Firebug

It appears something is wrong with jquery.

Try reuploading plugins\jquery\jquery.js from the upgrade to plugins\jquery on the server. Make sure the current jquery.js gets overwritten with the new one.

This is just a guess and may not fix the problem. AntonLV may have other ideas.

Also, have you made any attempts to upgrade jquery on your previous version of dolphin?

This is a site which was brought from 7.0.5 to 7.0.9 without any fuss after all upgrade files  were compared to existing  backup to make sure any custom work as not left out.  So the site has been working fine until this issue. It is directly affecting the Page Builder only.

Anyone have any ideas why the AJAX would stop working?  Now when you have ajax window come up in other modules to upload of change things, it will not update either. This is SITEWIDE?

Anton, you have any suggestions? This directly affects the custom work we are having  you do for us also.

Anyone that can help would be greatly appreciated as we can't work with a site when the page builder does not work.....
