Re-registering a license to a new domain name

How can I change the registered domain name for my permanent license?

On the FAQs it say I can re-register.

To clarify, I'm not looking to transfer my license to someone else/ a different Boonex account.

I have bought a new domain name so I now need to update my license.

Thanks in advance

Go to 'account' then 'manage license' then click on the license you want to use and click reset.

This will remove the URL from that license.

Then goto the site you want to set the license up on, log in, go to administration and it will prompt you to enter the license.

Thanks Daihlo!

I didn't want to go playing around with that reset button without asking what it does first.

Cheers

Come on folks, stop reviving dead posts.  You should be able to log into the administration panel regardless of a license or not.  The license or lack of is not the problem.

Agreed. You have a dolphin login problem. It has absolutely nothing to do with the license. It's a different issue. Dolphin is free. You can use it without a license. The thing that most people i guess are not aware of.

So post a new topic on your exact issue, and make sure you describe what happens when you click the login button. You neglected to mention what happens when you do.

I think i suggested automatic locking of old topics quite a while back.
