a few small problems

i am having a few problems with dolphin

sounds upload, video upload and the system says they have uploaded, but these vanish and do not show in any album

and video comments just show 0.00 after uploading


Igor has installed RMS

Check you cron settings

cron was set as below either automatically when dolphin was installed through softaculous or by igor when he install RMS

a client who also has this installed reported this cron error,

I would try your cron command in another format. Look below for more info on troubleshooting.

all thats been done and checked and still the same result and cron report

Maybe your RMS needs to be restarted?

Igor says it is nothing too do with RMS

wonder why Igor didnt tell you what the problem was if he as able to tell you what it wasnt?

amazing!~~~ are you able to create an album, or do you see the default album for images?

yes albums can be created, you unload sounds or vids it will say they have uploaded but it refreshes and what you upload is not their, also vide comments just records everything as 0.00.  all permissions are set correctly

ok here is a shot in the dark for you.

go to admin panel --> settings --> advanced settings --> dropdown the variables --> look for the tick box that says AutoApproval for albums:

and if its not ticked then tick it.

then nav to your files via ftp or however you manage your files

clear the cache and the cache_public

leaving the htaccess intact in the cache directory.

this may help you!

now boonex agent told me to contact Rayz

I am not happy.

installed dolphin on my VPS, paid Igor to install RMS, but for some reason dolphin does not work, video comments just record 0.00, sound and videos state uploaded but just vanish on refreahs. all permissiones etc are set up correctly.  contacted Igor for assistance, he told me it was not RMS and them passed me onto Lyubov who then passed me onto rayz, no one has been able to figure out why dolphin does not work, so i have no idea if RMS works as this is an addon to dolphin.

Igor refused to refund me as he says he installed this and it works, but i have no prove it works as dolphin does not work, so i told him if they cannot find out why dolphin is not working and he wont refund me i would claim through paypal, which i did and as no one from boonex disputed the paypal claim then paypal decided in my favour.

the next thisn i got from Igor was

"You have taken a chargeback for RMS installation that I have successfully performed. You have acted unfairly and I will report this to all BoonEx agents. From now on you will be considered an unreliable customer. And I don't think that anyone would want to work with you."

as i informed before what i would do if they could not give me some sort of support or solution i have not acted unfairly and i am not unreliable, their product clearly does not work and they have not provided me any sort of support to sort this out.

I replied to his message

"as explained to you earlier RMS is useless unless dolphin works and no one at boonex seems to be able to sort out what is the problem is.
i am not unreliable i have been in business for over 10 years. if the dolphin problem is sorted then i will gladly give you the money back. i do not pay for something that i cannot use."
