advanced settings not working

My advanced settings area is not working. I have no options to select from. below is a screenshot of what my advanced settings area looks like. it was working yesterday, but today it is not working. i dont know what happened. does anyone have any suggestions?

Custom templates can damage default forms if template change something in base or uni template.

Try to switch template to UNI and open admin advanced settings again. If the problem persists I suggest to ask author of custom template to resolve the problem.

that is the problem... i am trying to switch my template back to UNI but i cant because the settings dont work anymore.  is there another way to switch my template back to the default?

Force the site to load using the uni template by passing the skin on the url like so.

http://www.yoursite.com/?skin=uni

Then try accessing the admin again.

This could also be a browser cache issue, so clear your browsers cache, and even try a different browser if you have to.
