Not sure if there are any problems that others are or may be having but it seems that my chat area not connecting? What needs to be done?

If you are talking about the AV Chat module, you need to make sure your RMS is configured properly. If you have shared hosting, ask your host to assist you. Nothing to see here |

But to better help, some more information is needed. What exactly is the problem - is there a spinning circle, or is the chat app missing entirely from the page? Nathan, There is a white screen with a circular in the center that reads, loading and than connecting. All within the chat-room area, It worked not too long ago. I did check out what you have mention and still the same thing happening? How do I go about replacing the /flash/modules/chat files? |

Is RMS enabled under Admin Panel > Modules > Flash Apps > Settings? If so, uncheck the Use RMS box, save, and load the chat. If for RMS, and you do have RMS access with your host, make sure to contact them and see if the server is up and the domain is whitelisted. If not, RMS requires a separate media server to work - if Dolphin can't connect to one, it won't fall-back to the basic version.
