 Sir, this is not a bug. this is a user error, please post in the appropriate location of the forums for help. also try using the search feature of the site. also, you can try to submit a ticket to arvixe as they are touted on the blog by lyubov as having great support, so they should be able to support you on this issue, but this is not a bug.
