flash pcitures showing half the time/. please help

i have a flash banner. like the one dolphin has in stock version...

it is only showing up half or less of the time when users log on...

i would like it to be displayed all the time.. it's a good banner...

is there a setting i have to use to get it to show all the time...

please help

I could be mistaken but I think it's a bug in IE. Does it work 100% of the time in Firefox?

happens in ie and firefox actually....

the flash display has sometimers desease.. it shows up on the odd ocassion

Good catch Newton! I knew I recognized that url from somewhere. Looks like he created another account just so he could post this same question about the promo banner 15 times.

i was banned and lost all my mods.... as well as my freedom to speak...

i could have gotten a lawyer for updates that will never happen on the mods i bought  but i just made another account...

and don't ban this one either. i have bought lots.. i support good progrqmmers even though i know how to exploit the bad ones.
