I guess you could cancel your subscription directly from paypal if you have one or contact someone from zarconia ?

We don't have individual subscriber details at Zarconia (all subscriptions are under BoonEx's account and name), so a request to Zarconia would send you back to BoonEx. The right way to request support for subscriptions is from the chat or team@boonex.com. In this case, this has already been handled.
