Real Estate Agency

If you have or plan to build a site for your real estate agency then this module is especially for you. It allows you to create a base of realty with IMAGES, VIDEOS, SOUNDS and FILES attached to describe each of them as better as possible. Your users will be able to easily search for a realty which is selling, buying or available for rent.

The features list:

1. Each realty has its own page. The available blocks are Main Info (author, category, address, etc), Badge, Description, Location (use Google Map), Likes, Comments, Votes, etc. (Image 2)


2. Realty's Badge. Each realty may have a badge with embed code which can be posted on another site to promote it better. (Image 3)


3. Custom Description Fields. It's a possibility to provide the description which would be unique for each realty. So, the module allows you to add any number of custom fields to describe the realty as better as possible. (Images 4 - 5)


4. Add realty by category (Sell, Buy, Rent, Land, Accommodations, Non-residential premises).


5. Specify location.


6. Attach images, sounds videos or files which can help to describe the realty better.


7. Point the realty on a map.


8. "Like" feature. Viewers may give the realty a Like. In this case they will be displayed in a separate block on the realty's view page.


9. Share a realty in social networks.


10. Invite friends to view an interesting realty page.


11. Use Privacy settings to control the access on a realty view page.


12. Public Realty on site's home page. Site's home page has a block with a list of public realty. It allows to view featured, the most recent, top and popular realty. (Image 1)


13. Real Estate Agency home page and the other browsing pages. Home page has a list of newly added realty, a map and a list of categories with counters the number of realty in a category. Also you may browse realty on Recent, Top Rated (the most voted), Popular (the most viewed), Featured, Tags, Categories and Calendar pages.


14. Search by Keyword, Category and Country.


15. Real Estate Agency was integrated with default Dolphin's Timeline. Realty will be displayed on both member's Timeline and home page Outline.


16. Administration panel. Site's administrator can manage realty and change settings via Real Estate Agency's admin panel.
