This mod facilitates the listing of the persons who’ve recently viewed a member's profile or who's profile a particular member has viewed. The mod is highly configurable and allows both Site Administrator and members to configure various privacy/access options to determine what is displayed.
Depending on the niche that your site is targeting, the ability for members to know who is viewing their profile is one of the best ways to measure how well they are doing and whether they are socializing/networking properly.
However, as a profile viewer members may also want their privacy protected. To respect their need for privacy, administrator can allow them to control whether they are shown to other site users whose profile they have viewed.
SAMPLE FEATURES INCLUDE :
Displays two blocks on the profile page :
a) One block shows who visited the profile that is currently being viewed.
b) Another block shows the members that were visited by the profile currently being viewed.
Displays a block on member account page showing who visited that member.
The blocks can be be toggled between Simple and Extended view.
The date and time-stamp of when each member viewed is shown.
Privacy settings block is added to Profile Edit page for members. This allows members to configure whether or not they want to be shown in WHO VIEWED ME or WHO I VIEWED listings.
Administrator can turn on/off the ability for members to set the privacy options mentioned above and allow all profiles to be shown without any members having a choice in the matter.
Administrator can limit how many profiles are shown in the WHO VIEWED ME or WHO I VIEWED blocks. There is a "View All" link that will display a full page listing all the other members. This page has pagination, sorting and filtering options similar to the default people browsing page.
Profiles can be filtered by :
a) Online Only
b) Photo Only
Profiles can be sorted by :
a) Site Activity
b) Date Registered
c) Rating
Membership level filtering is included so Administrator can decide which membership levels will have the Who Viewed Me block showing on their Profile and also which membership levels will have the Who I Viewed block showing on their Profile.
When a Profile is visited multiple times by the same person it will only show up as one entry.
The person who is presently viewing a Profile will not be displayed in the Who Viewed Me block.
