Advanced Contact form with improved functionality to give your site a more professional look.
PAGE BUILDER - The Contact page has now been added to page builder so you can optionally add additional blocks to the page if needed
CUSTOM FIELDS - Admin now has the ability to add Custom Fields that will appear on the contact form. The following kind of fields are available
a) Single-line Text Input
b) Multi-line Text Input
c) Date
d) Single-Select List
e) Multi-Select List
When custom fields are added, these will appear on the Contact Form and the data collected is also sent to the administrator.
DEPARTMENTS
Administrator can create different departments and assign different responsibility (eg. Marketing, Advertisement etc).
The various departments are displayed on the Contact Page.
When submitting the Contact form, a person can choose a specific department that should receive the info.
The submitted info will then go to the email attached to that department.

I love MODZZZ...wow...what a mod this is...this is beautiful...and MODZZZ helped me with it though he was worried about a hurricane approaching...I purchased 4 of his mods in 1 day...because I love them...I intend to purchase about 4 more...thanks MODZZZ...
