Chat Video Conference
This plugin makes your chat work as the video conference, where only one user can speak in the moment. There are 2 ways of casting the voice:
1. Hands free (click and transfer the voice, then click to stop casting)
2. Quick speak (click the button and speak while the button is pressed)
