Change max size for upload photo

The max size for upload photos seems to be 2 Mb on 7.2 version

How to change it in 4 Mb ?

I found nothing in the panel

 There are a couple places for this.

Under your modules section for audio, video, there are some limit settings there.

For those to work, you server has to be setup for larger files, 2MB is the normal setting for a server.

You need to edit your php.ini, or create one if you cannot edit or on a shared host.
