yeah thats true - personally I would wait for 7.1.2 two more weeks for some few most crucucial long term bugs to be fixed instead of another several months to 7.1.3

There is no or no graceful solution for some tickets yet, or it requires more changes which can cause major update, so some of these tickets maybe moved to 7.2.0, but if they are still there, so there is a change of some good simple solution maybe possible.

 As I see in these threads the problem is resolved, currency symbol in Ads can be changed in Ads categories manager.

Yes, I saw that as well.  Sort of a strange way to handle the currency.  Shouldn't that be something the member that is posting the advert should be able to set?  With an international site, you might have members from all over the world selling things in their area and the currency should be able to be set by them in the advert, not by the admin in a category.  Instead it is set in the category, just does not make sense to me at all.  I would have to create a category for each country this way for the exact same category; fifty cars for sale category just does not make sense to have the currency correct.

TinyMce has now moved to version 4.0b2.

What version will we have in 7.1.2?

I expect that we move to version 4 as soon TinyMCE are out of Beta, correct?

The "b" means beta, so it's not considered stable enough to be integrated into Dolphin (paraphrasing Alex from the ticket).  I'm sure a new version of TinyMCE will be included in a future version of Dolphin, but it's likely too close for this one.

 
Boonex will NEVER put a beta version of anything into dolphin. And for good reason.

Current version is dolphin is 3.5.8. And as of now, that is the version 7.0.2 currently has.

And they will move to version 4 when boonex feels like doing it. In my experience they don't just update something just because there is a new version out. Some updates require many changes to dolphin and a lot of testing to make sure things do not break. So don't get your hopes up expecting instant updates. It rarely happens.

People had to beg for that update to 3.5.8.

This is default behaviour, which is easily changeable using Ads category manager, you can set another currency or just get rif of it completely.

Please create separate topic with clear description of the problem. 

Yes, this is correct, but it maybe that using new version will require a lot of code to be changed, then we could move it to some major version update, for example 7.2.0, or implement it as alternative option.

Aware that it's a Beta and that what b stands for :)

Thanks for the given input on what to expect regarding moving beyond current version. There won't be any rush into the new version. This will open up for any developer mean while.

ALEXT: I mean add working status message limiter ninto dolphin so admin can set character lenght to status message. For example lookm here:http://www.boonex.com/forums/topic/StatusMessageLimiter.htm

As code is basicly done by Prolaznik as free community help I think that will be really useful to add it straight to 7.1.2 so we dont have to wait to next version or use code as hack .... thanks in advance. AM sure all people welcome adding status msg limiter to 7.1.2

Idea of move language switcher to bottom as it is now was wrong - nobody look for it at bottom and my testers constantly ask where trhey can switch language as they dont expect it at bottom of pages...

ALEXT: I think first three bugs which are still in TRAC should be resolved and NOT postponed to next version. For example IE8 error, videocomment first fail and name value. I dont care too miuch about profiler but first three bugs are serious especially IE8 upload error as still many people use IE8

@freakpower - Thank you for the clarification, but we are trying to not add new features to minor versions.
