How to let people login with Email instead of user

So much people want to login but lost their pasword.

When they ask new pasword, they receive one.

But the username they forgot also :s

But this is not in the Email that they receive.

How to let the people login with Email?

Thank you...

You can already do that. You can log into dolphin with either the nickname or email address.

They can also login with their ID number.  So by default, that input box accepts user name, email address, ID number.

I  know its a old Thread but it does kinda link to this one.

does anyone know if its possible for many usernames to use the same email address..

this is a closed Community that Join as family Groups so different username accounts using the same email would be handy.

Regards and Happy New Year

No, email is a unique field.  Modzzz has a module in the market that allows a main profile and then subprofiles and if I understand correctly, each subprofile has its own login and password.  Might be useful and Modzzz is currently offering 40% off his modules.
