Technical Checklist...

This mod allows you to run a portal on your website that handles Consumer complaints and provide helpful information regarding allegedly unethical companies and bad business practices. Complaints can also be about an ordinary individual.

The sole propose of a complaint board is to help consumers to raise their voice which can be heard or noticed by millions of other consumers. Anybody can submit their issues and disputes on the website, which is later gathered by online readers.

Posting a Complaint

Complainer can post the following :

a) Details of the Complaints.
b) Information/Location/Contact details of the offending Person/Business.
c) Information/Location details of the complainant.

Complainer can attach the following to support their claim :
a) Photos/Snapshots
b) Documents
c) Videos( Embedding allowed )
d) Voice Notes

Obviously, each business has some competition and if anyone needs to move a business downward all they have to do is post something fake about it. The sole intention is to damage his competitor goodwill and in contrast losing business.

The complaints posted are publicly accessible and so attract much user attention from Google and other search engines too. The module therefore allows persons whom a complaint has been filed against to post rebuttals so they can give their side of the story.

> Rebuttals have Photos/Snapshots attached.
> It is possible to also comment on rebuttals
> Multiple Rebuttals can be posted both by the complainer and the accused and they are displayed in a thread format.
> Administrator can decide whether Rebuttals can be edited/removed after posted.
> Posting Rebuttals is membership level controlled so you can choose to make this a premium (paid) feature.

Many companies have been suffered due to ripoff reports posted on the internet. Some have lost their trade mark reputations and obviously lost their business. This module gives the possibility for the Site Administrator to allow Arbitration where submissions can be made by both parties and an administrator examines the evidence presented and intervenes in the dispute. The Administrator can use the Editor Notes feature mentioned below to post their findings as Sticky Note on the complaint page.

> Multiple Arbitration posts can be made by both the complainer and the accused and they are displayed in a thread format. The Administrator can also submit posts.
> Arbitration thread history is only accessible to the posting parties and Administrators.
> Posts can have Photos/Snapshots attached.
> Arbitration is membership level controlled so you can choose to make this a premium (paid) feature.

Editor Notes - The Site Administrator can append various notes to any complain. These will appear at the top of the Complaint Page. This can be utilized when the Administrator has some valuable input on a complaint that they want to make public to readers. Also this tool is a valuable part of the Arbitration process. After the completion of an Arbitration, the Administrator or Moderator who was in charge of the Arbitration can post a sticky note on the complaint with some feedback related to the agreement met between the complainer and the target of the complaint.

Sympathizers - Sympathizers are persons who have empathy/sympathy with the complainer and they want to show their support. The Site Administrator can enable/disable this feature. Also the complaint poster can enable/disable this per complaint. Sympathizers are displayed on the complaint page.

Comments - It is possible for sympathizers and the general public (if permission allows) to post their comments on a Complaint or Rebuttal. The Site Administrator can decide whether or not comments can be edited/removed after posted.
