Reporting Tool

Finally here comes a Tool that gives your site members comprehensive ability to help Police your site and report unwanted content.

REPORT SUBMISSION

Each module has an Action button that allows members to Report the Item if it is inappropriate.

An dynamic Popup box allows members to submit Report without navigating away from the page.

Members can submit Report by choosing from a list of predefined reason plus their is a description textbox that allows them to provide further explanation as to why the item is being reported.

NOTIFICATION

For each Report that is submitted, all site administrators are notified by Email of the Report.

The Site Administrator can activate an option that allows the Abuser to be notified also that there is a report made against him/her. This is notification is optional.

ADMINISTRATION

There is a section in the Admin panel that displays all Reports received and allows the Site Administrator to review and take appropriate action.

Reports can be reviewed and deleted if they do not warrant action or the Administrator can take action then flag the Report as Resolved.

Administration can manage (add/edit/delete) the Report Reasons.

SITE-WIDE REPORTING

The Reporting facility has been added to standard Dolphin modules

There is also an Admin Panel section that allows the Site Administrator to add Reporting ability to compatible third-party modules.

MEMBER REWARDING

You can Reward your members with Points (if my Points module is installed) whenever they submit Reports. This is an incentive for members.
