can you also explain HOW to get ("regenerate") the licenses (Smartpro) to work again for all the Ray ad-free widgets (that is when you have your own rms)

Now - when I want to regenerate it tells me I have to pay $99 per widget and I already paid for them with Smartpro.

I have asked this in 2 other blogs - this is the 3rd time and NEVER had an answer on that.

Can you make it possiable where ORCA is the forum and all sites have orca as the forum can it be possiable to change ORCA in ADMIN PANEL to FORUM instead ?
so when somebody goes to our FORUM it can say in the LINK FORUM not ORCA.

And on orca pages the dolphin ajax login dont work. Shows white site without login box. Am i wrong or is it a bug? Anyone else with this prob?

I am a little disappointed at your support.

I have been sending emails on an almost a daily basis since April 20 to support@boonex.com and quotes@boonex.com asking for support and nobody is responding, even though on this same blog I was told to send email to support.

Artur, who was helping me, is not responding either.

I purchased the SmartPro pack and also paid around $800 extra to import my users into Dolphin .. so I am not a freebie (not that there is anything wrong with that either).

I would like to know HOW can I reach support, other than sending emails to support@boonex.com or quotes@boonex.com.

I have the follwing issues:

- The $800 import is incomplete. 1/2 of the people is showing "Spain" as the country (the default value) when they are obviously from some other country.

- Links on comments are not working.

- I would like to upgrade to new version.

I believe that the SmartPro package included support, and that I am still entitled for another upgrade (2 upgrades included, right?)

I am sorry to spill the beans right here but it is a little insane that I am being ignored, specially after paying so much money.

I hope this posting works as I am getting a little desperate.

I am using Dolphin 6.1 which in every other way is excellent, now if I can just get Ray working..

everything is registered and is communicating with the servers and the required ports are 'open'

Also, Orca has some strange html code around the 'labels' ?

I have also been sending support emails. We had a demo with our Board Of Directors before we requested them to buy us the package but we did not show much of a demo as they were keen on the video bit. The video (widget not registered) appeared and we looked a bit silly for not having sorted that out. Nobody was on skype and now the directors are wondering why we should even think about the product when support isn't there. We are willing to pay for support and have a telephone number to call when we need help.

Is this how things are?

I miss the possability to change membership on members profile edit as admin. Where it is?

And when a user delete his account and he has profilecomments an database error appears. It says there is no table profilescomments. I have install the old pcomments table from 6.x now it is fixed for me and works. Perhaps you should fix this for the update too.

I have done a fresh install of Dolphin 6.1 on a new server. How can I transfer my members (from 6.000.5)?

I would have done a 6.000.5 update to 6.1, but updating always seems to maintain any previous problems. Best to start afresh!

hi there, and what is about ray web presents?
i had to install a free version of presents, because if not (support said) - the purchased lic. of ray desktop don't works. no problem to display add's of boonex, but i want to decide when and where.

What about bug when adding new profile fields they not appearing on profile view? Will that be in next patch?

I've upgraded to 6.1. Difficulties cased me to install on another server/domain. I get the same problems on my new build. When I attempt to upload video, a not registered message displays before the upload form presents. I assume this is due to my dolphin or ray licenses are not confirmed. Under the domain column on the license portal, my dolphin ad-free domain is incorrect. And I am unable to register any free ray licenses. I get incorrect license message. Even though I have removed and regenerated new licenses. I've tried reinstalling older version of ray and I still can't get past the not registered message. I've sent a message to support@boonex.com asking that my domain be reset. But get no response.
What options do I have left?
Can anyone help?

Question:

I noticed that in the Admin section All Members show up as Standard no matter what Level they have purchased. The Admin cannot edit this as before. On the User side it does show the proper Level and seems to allow access to paid areas.

Is there a patch for this or an update scheduled?

Hopefully this new fix will also take care of the other Boonex links all over the site like "Hidden Mickeys"...I see that little circle with a triangle in it all over...like the Shoutbox, the Video Player and even the Audio Player all on top left. The worst part is the huge "Tool-Tip" that pops-up saying to visit Boonex HomePage when you mouse-over. The Chat Box and Profile Player also have it, as wel as the top left of the Whiteboard and there are even links to Boonex hidden in the Web Presence widget.

I just think you should be able to buy the ads completely off if you pay enough...not partially if you pay.

Anyone else find some "Hidden Mickeys"?? Maybe we should coin a new term here and now "Hidden Boonies" :)

Yeah, you dont find this hidden boonies in previous version anyway i guess they would remove it for paid version.

I having problems with the classifieds search results in Dolphin 6.1. The link that it returns in the search results box is faulty. (e.g. http://(domainname)/(dolphin)//(dolphin)/classifieds.php?ShowAdvertisementID=1). Two extra slashes and dolphins subdirectory name are being added in to the URL string so that it returns a 404 error due to it pointing to the wrong location for the classifieds.php page.
The correct string should be like this (e.g. http://(domainname)/(dolphin)/classifieds.php?ShowAdvertisementID=1).
I hope a fix for this will be in the update patch.

I have a problem with changing the colors on the top boxes on the home page where it says Site Stats and member login it is all white where do I change the color code for this? millionairebytches.com

i also now there is another error that you failed to mentioned. when adding three colomn in the admin area for members profile. when i look at the members profile there is a extra picture on the right side. this is a big error and this is the reason i will not upgrade ...

If it's telling you that you don't have a valid key... then you're using the wrong version of ray... meaning, there is a difference between Ad-Free, and regular. Ad-Free will not accept regular licenses, and vice versa.

I have a paid version Dolphin 6.1, and of Ray 3.5 Ad-Free, and I understand that there will be an update soon with regard to some mistakes made regarding branding, but I did not see the following issues mentioned.

1.) Why is there a link to BOONEX when a user clicks help?

2.) Why is there a BOONEX logo on the bottom when a user clicks help?

3.) Why does it say Ray Community Widget Suite on the bottom when a user clicks help?

4.) Why when a user clicks help, does the about section provide details about BOONEX?

5.) Why are there links to BOONEX all over the site, in many, many places with a tiny BOONEX logo all over the site?

I love the BOONEX products... but If these issues are not resolved, can I have my money back, so I can put it towards deploying a different community scrip that doesn't include such branding?

I'm trying to establish and promote my own presence on the web, and am not interested in using a script that includes links from the developer.

Well iam using the free version of the dolphin package with free ray.. but it just keeps telling me wrong license no matter what i do

hmm well its not working i have tried installing it for the 10 times downloaded a new package and tried that.. its all the same it just keep telling me "wrong license" when registering ray under dolphin menu.

Orca registers fine and dolphin registers fine but NOT ray

Open Ray Chat... you'll see what I mean. There is a small Boonex icon on the left with a link to the Boonex home page. And a large Boonex logo on the bottom with a Large Ray Widget Suite Logo right next to it.

There are small Boonex Logos in other places as well.

Not sure if the links I'm going to post below will show up here... but I'll try to post screen shots so you can see for yourself.

That is exactly what I was talking about...that circle with the triangle is all over the place...even the main Music Player, Video Player, Whiteboard and just about every Ray widget like Web Presence when a member clicks on "My Presence", etc...

I see you found the user.xml file in the ray/modules/chat/help folder but I am afraid the other stuff we are pointing out is hard-coded in the SWF files

Yes... I removed "About" in the xml file, but haven't found a way to remove the other branding that is all over the place like you mentioned.

I don't understand what I paid for... I thought paid version was not supposed to have links or branding... I hope this gets fixed... if not, feel like I deserve a refund.

Don't worry...the Boonex people are very friendly and helpful and from what I see, this is something brand new for 6.1. I'm sure they will have it fixed shortly or they will be happy to refund you if needed BUT, I'm sure you are like me and would rather just have it working like it is supposed to :)

That sounds great to me AND he says the fix will be available tomorrow...you can't beat that !! Even if it takes a few days, it will be worth it.

The most important part is to let them know exactly where all of the hidden boonies are so they fix them all at once :)

1. In the Ad Free Widgets there is still a boonex Icon with link to the boonex page. Why? I guess I paid for Ad FREE ...

2. I don't need Orca and I don't want to use it. Do I have to buy the license anyway to remove the Orca link in the footer? That's not fair.

I have created profile fileds that work on the sign up page, however some fields won't show up in the view profile page for visitors and members. Fields are Country, Sex, Education. Please help.
