Building International Business Networks

Building an international business portal for California and a few other business and entertainment sites. I'm finally making progress - you can see my main site at: - http://www.caltrade.com/members. - Eventually I would like to build a much bigger international trade network and am looking for associates who would like to collaborate on projects like this. I'm not a programmer but have managed to muddle through on this, and have plans for some really cool projects. I don't mind having people on my chat / IM systems - Gtalk, Yahoo, MSN, ICQ or Skype - as it can be a good way to exchange information. It would be nice to know some local folks also - I live in the Pacific Beach area of San Diego, California.
